This is an omake between the chapters of Bleach volume 63, Rukia and Renji look adorable. I got translated (with a translation service) what Rukia is saying:

“The tiger print is old-fashioned?

Don’t say like that, since Renji likes it.”

So, I now wonder if themselves chose the clothes from various options that Shutara might have offered them xD (though indeed it seems the clothes go with how their powers are, more or less).

And, if the translation is correct, it seems Rukia is defending Renji xD (or perhaps she is teasing him xD)
